Senator Weld moved to amend the Judiciary Committee amendment on page three, section thirty-four, subsection (c), subdivision (3), by striking out the words “Any person or organization who conspires with any person or organization to commit the offense of trespass” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Any person who conspires with any person to commit the offense of trespass”:

And,

On page three, section thirty-four, subsection (c), subdivision (3),  by striking out the words ”or organization who conspires with any person or organization to willfully damage” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “who conspires with any person to willfully damage”.
